Writing Business Letters

1. When we are writing to friends or family members we can write in an informal way. We can use casual language and abbreviations.

2. When we are writing to companies, a boss or someone you don´t know, we need to use standard formal language. We should use regular spelling and punctuation rules. The formal letters are usually typewritten. They are not handwritten.

The importance of languages

My dear friends,

I like English, Spanish and Portuguese a lot.

I want to motivate you and show you the importance of speaking different languages.

Today we need to speak and understand several languages ​​such as Spanish, French, English and German!

The Spanish language is beautiful, important and romantic! 
The countries in Latin America are also very pretty! The cultures are also nice.

I was born in San Jose  the capital of Costa Rica , a beautiful country!

l also lived in Quito Ecuador, a beautiful country with very beautiful mountains. It is good to advance in learning other languages! We need to!

What I am trying to say is that we need to speak other languages! If we want to speak to someone we need to understand more languages.

Knowing other languages helps you do more and go farther than if you have only one language. If you want to travel or if you want to advance in your profession you need to speak more than just Portuguese or English.

I want to invite you, and challenge you to accept the possibility to advance in more areas in your life!

Mis queridos amigos,
Me gusta Inglés, español y portugués, mucho.
Quiero motivar y mostrar la importancia de hablar idiomas diferentes!
Yo veo la importancia de hablar en otros idiomas y también me gustaría que hagan lo mismo.
Hoy en día tenemos que hablar y entender varios idiomas como el español, francés, Inglés y Alemán!

El idioma español es hermoso, importante y romántico! Los países de América Latina son también muy bonitos! Las culturas son lindas e interesantes.
Yo nací en la capital de Costa Rica, San José, un país hermoso!
También viví en Quito, Ecuador, un país hermoso con montañas de gran belleza. Es bueno para superarse, el aprendizaje de otros idiomas! Tenemos que seguir adelante!

Lo que estoy tratando de decirles; es la necesidad que tenemos que hablar otros idiomas! Si queremos hablar con alguien tenemos que entender más idiomas.
Conocer otros idiomas te ayuda a hacer más y llegar más lejos que si usted tiene un solo idioma. Si usted desea viajar o si quieres avanzar en tu profesión tienes que hablar más que el portugués o Inglés.
Quiero invitarlos y los reto a aceptar la posibilidad de avanzar más una etapa en sus vidas!
