With this post I hope that you can see some dangers in some of the food that we all love to eat!!
I found a list of food that is not healthy for us and I want to share it with you.
Read the list that was released by the Canadian dietitian Michelle Schoffro Cook.
She is from the International Organization of Nutrition Consultants, the International Society for Orthomolecular Medicine and the Canadian Society of Medicine.
1st place: Diet Soda
Diet soda is "The worst food of all time," says Dr. Michelle.
According to her, as if all the problems were not enough of the traditional soft drinks, diet versions contain aspartame, now renamed as "AminoSweet" - producing "effects that can be mistaken for Alzheimer's, chronic fatigue syndrome, epilepsy and multiple sclerosis". Not to mention being able to provoke anxiety, to much eating, depression, migraines, hyperactivity, insomnia, heart palpitations, hearing loss and dizziness.

2nd place: Pop
According to a research by Dr. Joseph Mercola, "a can of soda has on average of 10 teaspoons of sugar (150 calories), between 30 and 55 mg of caffeine, artificial colors and sulphites." If that is not enough, "the pop has a lot of acid, and it is bad for the kidneys and the bones."
3rd place
Donuts. Because they have a lot of fat, "the worst kind of fat you can eat", because of heart disease, cancer, diabetes and obesity.
4th place: Hot Dogs
The villain here is the sausage, a processed meat rich in a sodium nitrite - a carcinogen that "may increase the risk of cancer of the pancreas and intestine." Besides hypertension.
5th place: Bacon
Its consumption "increases the risk of heart disease by 42%, and diabetes by 19%." The Columbia University study found more,that,, they found the possibility of lung diseases.
6th place: Snacks of potato chips
It doesn´t have vitamins, and minerals, only fat. "They have no nutritional benefit."
7th place: French Fries
Rich in fat and academical, it is "one of the most potent carcinogenic substances, which appears when the potatoes are heated at high temperatures."
8th place: Pizza
Despite entering this list, not all pizzas are harmful to our health. Only the frozen pizza that is sold in supermarkets because they are rich in preservatives. The villain of this pizza is the white flour used in its dough, it is "then absorbed by the body and converted into pure sugar."
9th place: Corn Snack
Because it is all fried, it causes obesity and increases the level of blood sugar. It does not use corn fibers, so beneficial to our health.
10th place: Ice cream
Ice cream usually contains sugar, artificial flavorings, the colorings and fat, increasing the level of bad cholesterol.
